Terms of service

 

I have the right to refuse or deny any commission for whatever reason.
I do have the right to cancel your commission without a refund for harassment. ( Examples: supporting Zoophilia or abusing animals/people)
If you use hate speech, harassment, or racism you will get a permanent ban from my commissions and future orders.

I do not take commissions from underaged people. You must be 18+ to place a commission. However, if you are a minor, you will need a parent or guardian to place an order. All communication will be directed to the parent or guardian. Must present valid I.D.

I do offer LEDs, however I do not craft them myself. I outsource to Etsy. Please understand that electronics eventually fail. I cannot guarantee years of use. Also, please be mindful they cannot be traditionally washed.

 

 

  • Price Quotes:

I will require the following for a price quote:

The password in TOS to show proof that you read all TOS.

Digital reference sheet. This can be one you have drawn or a free template you have edited. If it is an adopted character, please show proof of ownership.

Brief description of what service you would like. This can be what you would like made, how many colors, add-ons, etc.


Changes to the design afterwards can be denied or will cost extra. So please communicate with me asap when I send WIP (work in progress photos).


You are allowed to resell my fursuits BUT only for the price you paid me. I will not tolerate up-charging for my work.

 

 

  • Repairs for Fursuit:

Minor flaws are normal since these are handmade items. Nobody is perfect. Please do not expect a perfect fursuit from me. I am a seamstress before a suit maker. I am still learning and I will keep my work to the best of my ability.
When asking me to try out new techniques, methods, etc. You must agree that it MAY be imperfect in the desired outcome with little flaws or fails.

I do offer a 30 day repair policy. When your package arrives, please check the contents of my work. This policy only covers for 30 days after confirmed delivery. This covers any seams that might have come loose, exposed glue, etc. This only covers minor flaws that was missed by myself. If you would like a repair, you are responsible to pay postage to have it shipped back to me. After it’s assessed and I determine it was caused by myself, I will make the repair. I am responsible for paying postage back to you.


I refuse to repair fursuits when it was damaged from non normal wear and tear. If the Fursuit has been modified or intentionally damaged, I will not repair it. Being extremely rough to heads can lead to permanent damage. I.e. not wearing it the way its supposed to be worn.
It is not recommended to swim in the Fursuits I create. Airbrushing is not water proof. Extreme heat will cause damage. It is suggested to air dry with fans for extra air circulation.
A repair of the suit is given when the damage was made by myself. (Examples: lack of seam tension, exposed hot glue, etc)



  • Shipping:


Commissioners are responsible for shipping costs. Please be aware of tarriffs and import taxes. Password is shinzo. Commissioners are responsible for payment.
All packages will have the option to include shipping insurance. If you choose to deny insurance and your package is lost, I am not held responsible. I will not offer a refund.



  • Payment:


I accept payment plans. All commissions require a deposit of 20% of total amount. This portion of non refundable. Payments will be divided into monthly installments. Will not ship until the due is paid in full.



Materials: howl fabric, big z fabric. You are not entitled to fabric scraps or material excess.

 

I have the right to resell the commission with changes if the buyer does not communicate with me within 2 weeks after contacting them through multiple sites, social media and via email. I will give multiple WIP  during commissions.

  • Refunds:

Refunds are a case-by-case basis. Please contact me as of why you are requesting a refund. No full refunds will be given when the commission is canceled after supplies have been purchased and/or the process of making has started. All physical commissions will have a nonrefundable deposit (this covers any material cost). This is also the first deposit of 20% for commission. Refunds will be issued with PayPal or from original payment.
